Excellent care

Erica Snyder provided exceptional care during my visit. Not only did she treat my cyst, but she also recognized that I had a different infection than the one I had previously been treated for. She took the time to listen to my history of dealing with this recurring issue and understood how traumatic my last emergency room visit had been, where the cyst was cut open and drained with a wick placed inside. Erica showed real compassion and explained everything clearly before the procedure. Instead of repeating the same painful process, she drained it using a suction machine and avoided placing another wick. The experience was far less traumatic than what I had gone through before. It has been less than a month since my visit, and it has been healing great with no recurring issues so far. I’m very grateful for her attentiveness, professionalism, and the way she truly listened to my concerns. I highly recommend Erica Snyder to anyone dealing with similar issues.
