Get notified if an earlier appointment becomes available. This feature may not be available for all specialties.
Here’s how:
- Sign in to your MyChart account and open the menu in the upper-left corner.
- In the Account Settings section, select Communication Preferences. Or use the search field to search for “Communication Preferences.”
- Find the Appointments settings and expand the Advanced settings menu.
- Navigate to Wait List Offer and select how you’d like to be contacted if an earlier appointment becomes available.
