Andrew Faskowitz, DO

He was smirking and dismissive. A literal time of 4 and 1/2 minutes was what he spent in the room. He wanted to schedule a brain MRI but showed no interest in finding and reading the one recently done, and glanced at the photo I had of results for less than one second and declared it normal. He said I could “try again in 6 months’ as if I was trying to get a result for purposes other than related to my health. I have very real memory lapses and choking episodes. My carotid arteries are 50 percent blocked. I should have just consulted Google….i would like my 50 co pay refunded.

Dr Faskowitz is a great example of how a doctor should treat patients and he always runs on time.

he is a great docotor who won't drop you with a complicated medical history and help treat and make referrals to help get answers to see if we can get specific answers for the health issues that have been proven exist and just because their difficult he dosent let that affect treatment

He listens to me and takes his time. Explains everything to me in detail and doesn’t just brush off my concerns like some other doctors. I also like the fact that if I don’t want to take a medication he is ok with trying alternative more natural treatments.

He’s kind patient extremely knowledgeable

I was incorrectly referred to Dr. Faskowitz. I was in great discomfort due to cervical radiculopathy and had to wait three weeks to see a specialist that did not treat my condition.

He is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate and considerate to my needs for many many years

Because I was informed that he is retiring and leaving his practice at Crystal Run This leaves me in a predicament in that there are very few Pai Management Doctors within a reasonable driving distance from my residence

I was just going to him for a referral, and I spoke more to the nurse than him. I just don’t know him so I cannot say I would or would not refer him. When he entered the room, he stood slightly behind me to my side when he spoke with me. Which I thought was rather odd.

He is great but he is retiring and that is sad and hard to find another new doctor in less than 2 years

Dr. Faskowitz is an outstanding doctor that takes the time with his patients to clarify their treatment and care.

He is an awesome individual! Caring and competent, giving thorough explanations if needed

Been his patient for 15+ yrs. He is one of the best a caring doctors there. Unfortunately he’s leaving now just like the rest of the best doctors. The best doctors being ran out or off an replaced by cheaper NP, not DR. Anything to cut costs an maximize profits no way to run a medical facility. We’re not just a number on a cost line.

He showed real concern for my condition and helped to fix my problem

He just gave a peper for test . Nothing else

I'm very dissatisfied with not receiving timely test results especially since I can see that my MRI and MRA show abnormal results. Staff did not schedule any follow ups with MD to review test results.

He was the worst physician I have ever encountered. He did not perform any exam but, falsified notes that he had. He was dismissive of my concerns and symptoms. He spent one and a half minutes in the room and then left. I had to follow up with my PCP to get some direction on how to deal with a concussion that he ignored. He was negligent and the falsifying of records is malpractice.
