VA Community Care Network
Optum partners with the VA through its Community Care Network (CCN) as the third-party administrator in Regions 1, 2 and 3. VA CCN provides more than 6 million Veterans with options for receiving quality care in their communities across 36 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Veteran Resource Connector
Veterans and their families often face challenges understanding all the benefits available to them. Eligibility and costs aren’t always clear. Comparing benefits from employers, the VA and other sources is time-consuming and can be frustrating. Veteran Resource Connector overcomes these challenges by pairing Veterans, their families and caregivers with trained benefits navigators to guide them to needed health and wellness benefits.
Medical Disability Exams
Optum Serve assists the VA in providing quality compensation and pension exams to Veterans and separating Service Members seeking benefits for service-connected health issues.
