She was very concerned about my collapsing and ordered tests and referred me to a cardiologist who is doing various tests to find out why I collapsed!! Ms Latifah Carty was the best and I appreciate very much the service she gave me!

She took care of me recently when I was very sick. Got me in right away, was sympathetic and gave me all the right meds while also being kind and efficient

Great personality. Listens intently to you and takes care of you in the best manner possible! She asks questions and listens to your answers and visa versa ! Now that Dr Collie is gone I wish we could see Latifa always . Thank you Latifa for being a great part of Optum .

I am so happy to have her as my ARNP , she listens , she is so very kind and so relateable she answers all my questions , I pray she stays at OPTUM , to me and for me, she is Great . I moved out of the area and I drive all the way from [omitted] to OPTUM to have her as my NP thank You
