I cannot speak highly enough about Jimmy. Unfortunately, I'm a complex case and Jimmy excels at not only knowing my history (I've been with him since he started at Optum Parrish) but is fully aware of my current exacerbations. Beyond his ability to listen, he is extremely intelligent and offers recommendations. Example: After the insertion of my pacemaker, my left arm/shoulder started freezing up. He showed me examples of limited motion/exercise that I could do during the healing process without impacting the healing of the electrodes on the heart. His suggestions worked wonderfully thus saving future services with Physical Therapy. He is extremely knowledgeable with pharmaceuticals, which is helpful to me if a copay becomes cost restrictive and he can prescribe the same class of drug at the no or low cost share. Jimmy is always attentive, happy and he portrays that he truly cares. Please give Jimmy a raise, whatever you're paying him, is not enough. He is the best provider (including physicians and specialists) that I have. You are very lucky to have recruited him.

He does not rush you. Goes over all meds every time and answers all questions you may have . Takes his time with you and does not rush you out. When he says he is going to do something he does it. HE IS THE GREATEST.

He is a good listener but his system doesn’t support him with results. He knows what he’s talking about. I have never met my doctor and now she’s out for materiality. I wasn’t able to get my referral for the endo appt and that caused a delay in getting my diabetes regiment. I still don’t have an appt with the endo. It took 6 days to get a referral for my fractured foot.

He is friendly and attentive but I've been asking for a heart, sleep and neurology specialist since I started with him and haven't seen any of them.
