My regular provider left. I was nervous about starting with someone new, but I instantly liked her. I feel like she is a good listener and we discussed everything and made decisions together.

She did not listen to how much pain I was in. I had to go back to Urgent care the very next day. I never received a call from Ortho and was given limited pain relief from what turned out to be a fractured fit in two places, a sprained foot, and stretched ligaments in the back of my ankle. She was very cold and uninviting.
