Of the 60 or so minutes in the room with Dr Yoesel, perhaps 8 or 10 minutes were spent in actual conversation with him. He spent the bulk of the time, maybe 50 minutes, entering data into the computer. "We've got a new system." If so, the patient's time would be better spent IF the data were entered before the appointment, ready for him to call up.
