You are a doctor, touch, feel and do what a doctor is supposed to do. Don’t be politically correct and just refer a person to a “specialist “ I don’t want to be there anymore than you want me there. If you need to undress me then do so, don’t be afraid to do your job.

I absolutely loved Margaret, however, I am so extremely sad and troubled. I was sent for an emergent ultrasound, which led to an MRI for spots detected on my liver. In the end, the spots were determined to be “unremarkable”. That MRI and results were conducted 6 days ago. I am yet to receive any phone call or follow up. Although I am sure it was “no big deal” to the medical staff, the anxiety and worry were a huge deal to me as the patient. I am very saddened that no one took any time to review my records or reach out to me. It feels disrespectful and shows very poor patient and customer service. If I was not able to access the report on my portal independently, I would still be waiting for results.
