My regular doctor doctor Owens was booked up so Dr Jacqueline Cluskey saw me and she took me in and realized that my oxygen was very low and sent me right to the emergency room with a tank so I would make it in time

I initially saw Jaclyn a couple years ago, and some of the medications she put in place were the ones that made the most positive change in my needing to seek ER less. I felt I needed to have an MD or DO as my pcp so I moved on from Jaclyn, and the DO I saw maintained what Jaclyn put in place, with a few changes and tweaks. Book keeping with the other doctor affected my being able to keep prescriptions flowing on time, and the pharmacists had issues getting responses from the other doctor, and after it became very difficult, I lost my patience with the other doctor and didn't cut any teeth in informing her about my disappointment. This caused her to not want to see me anymore siting my case was too complex, when in fact, the only problem was that she wrote many many prescriptions incorrectly and compounded the issue by not returning the pharmacists request for clarification. This went on for 2 years with 2 Walmarts and OPTUM"s own Home Delivery, Prior Authorization team, and an appeal for a denial of medication due to her misdiagnosing the issue, writing the incorrect prescription and not returning OPTUM's calls to her office. She then sent my messages to a friend of hers who promptly deleted my messages to my doctor and required me to sign a piece of paper I didn't feel like reading, but I signed it, I imagine it said I would behave or something like that. My doctor is the one who should have signed the paper saying she would do her job. That issue is why I gave poor ratings in this response, because I feel my messages are between myself and my doctor, and that my doctor should respond to the pharmacist when they make a response. If only one pharmacist had a problem with Dr. Frailing, I would say it was the pharmacy, and I did, for two years, I defended her. Then when I tried OPTUM home delivery, they too complained to me that Dr. Frailing was non responsive, so many time they threatened they would have to deny a prescription, and I ran out of many prescriptions. So for two years my pharmacists sent me countless texts and left phone messages prompting me to contact my doctor. I would receive 15-20 messages a week for an extended period of time. Then OPTUM made me the bad guy because I sent 30 messages. I should have sent 300. I still like Dr. Frailing, but disappointed she pointed her finger at me, when had she wrote scrips correctly, and responded to pharmacists, none of this would have happened. My situation didn't become more complex, her office skills and office staff screwed up what should be an easy job, and I know, as I've been an office manager for years and years. They aren't logging things correctly and somehow have a faulty approach to doing their job. I could run her office better than her people or her. I am happy to be back with Jaclyn and truly miss Dr. Frailing, as I say, I really liked her and her people. This is more important to me than the bookkeeping, I can look past it, but should be allowed to complain.

She's the first person to listen to me, actually listen, since my son died at the age of 19 in 2023. I have struggled with anxiety I cannot control. In seeing a different provider before Mrs. Cluskey, I wasn't listened to and nearly died because the provider scripted too much medication, gabapentin (nerve pain) for my depression and anxiety. I ended up in the hospital for several days. I went back to that provider and he would not address my anxiety. Referred me to counseling, which I've continued to attend on a weekly basis (almost two years now). Mrs. Cluskey heard what I said and responded appropriately. A response I needed two years ago, all others failed me. You can't fix everything in a pretty neat perfect situation, sometimes you need actual medicine and a knowledgeable provider to keep you safe to help you live better. I'm big on loyalty to those who do right by me. So I hope Mrs. Cluskey remains young forever. The world needs more hers.
