He did not cover items he reported on the patient portal and he called me a he, in my patient portal which I am not. It seemed like a absolute minimal interaction at this physical

A+, the only issue i have is I spoke the the person who did my blood pressure etc and mentioned the medications needed and currently prescribed said I need to make sure prior authorizations are needed, he said it'll get done, as well as mentioning it to Frisbie but thats the problem when I get emails back from cvs and expressscripts that they can't fill them because they need pre-authorizations. It's frustrating i have send messages and phone calls to have that done.

I really liked him, he was competent, courteous, efficient, and is great about responding to messages through the portal. The exam was fairly cursory, in part because we know a lot of my issues. I had the chance to ask anything, but he didn't really drill down or ask too much. Fine for me, but others might be put off.
