Dr. Frisbie is very professional and is passionate about the care for his patients. He carefully listens and provides feedback and resources to ensure all needs are taken care of. The way he also works with the rest of his team is very respectful and seems to benefit the team a lot. He is very knowledgeable and I feel very fortunate to be under his care for my medical needs.

The services I received could have been handled via email or over the phone as I initially requested.I appreciate Dr. Frisbie and his efforts to do good work, but the support infrastructure is abominable, especially for a company as large as Optum.

A+, the only issue i have is I spoke the the person who did my blood pressure etc and mentioned the medications needed and currently prescribed said I need to make sure prior authorizations are needed, he said it'll get done, as well as mentioning it to Frisbie but thats the problem when I get emails back from cvs and expressscripts that they can't fill them because they need pre-authorizations. It's frustrating i have send messages and phone calls to have that done.

I really liked him, he was competent, courteous, efficient, and is great about responding to messages through the portal. The exam was fairly cursory, in part because we know a lot of my issues. I had the chance to ask anything, but he didn't really drill down or ask too much. Fine for me, but others might be put off.
