He was kind and efficient.

I really liked him, he was competent, courteous, efficient, and is great about responding to messages through the portal. The exam was fairly cursory, in part because we know a lot of my issues. I had the chance to ask anything, but he didn't really drill down or ask too much. Fine for me, but others might be put off.

Héctor had little to say and didn’t seem to listen to me well. He seemed to care little that I couldn’t sleep or walk because of what I considered serious calf pain. He only recommended an ultrasound for a possible blood clot. He then gave incomplete information to Sally Jobe for the ultrasound so they couldn’t do the scan STET as requested. Then the next week he sent the request for the ultrasound to Women’s Imaging. - they don’t do ultrasounds of legs, only breasts. Finally the office sent the complete referral to Sally Jobe and I was able to schedule. I won’t got go back to Hector again.
