    He was 40 minutes late. I came in to get blood work so I could renew medication. This is the same procedure I have did for years. We can watch all my blood levels to see if my medication is still correct. HECTOR SPENT MAYBE 5 minutes with me told me he was not going to order blood work. He was just going to do refill on medication. This is the first time I have felt he did not care about me because of my age.

    Wouldn't look me in the eye during greeting or the exam. Not a doctor, only a PA. Only went to him because there was nobody else. Said he was going to do 2 referrals, but despite me calling nothing happening 2 months later. Optum is not Optimum.

    He was very dismissive about my diagnoses saying I didn't 'seem' like I had ADHD even though I was diagnosed with it last year from my normal provider at this location (through more than a 5 minute conversation and the official questionnaire for diagnosis). He was not helpful when I asked about other options of medications since I am allergic to the one I was prescribed. He said there were no other options even though I know that there are. He didn't listen to me and wasn't very kind or understanding of my concerns in general and made me feel uncomfortable voicing all of my concerns about my health and my body. He seemed rushed and insincere. Then to top it off, the message I got in the MyChart following up on my blood results was that it was normal and then offhandedly said I should start a calorie-restrictive diet even though we didn't discuss my weight at my appointment. I am a healthy weight and this comment has sent me into a bit of a spiral and I can't stop thinking about it. I think it was a harmful comment and people who are more prone to eating disorder tendencies would be really affected by this offhanded comment. I hope he doesn't say this to all of this patients.

    He doesn’t respond to phone calls and he isn’t very personable he doesn’t keep patients informed.

    He was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my current illness. But he was a bit closed off and I had to ask questions regarding my treatment that perhaps he could have explained more openly.

    Hector is friendly and seemed to remember me from past visits. I have issues with vertigo and there is one medication that seems to help but getting it is hard to do. It would be nice if there was an explanation as to why I can not get it, when I need it. I'm over [omitted] and currently take no medications.It can be hard to physically make it in, in order to get the approval for the whole 6 tablets I get.
