Dr Pena took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my mothers recent hospital stays and ER trips. I was extremely worried about her low hemoglobin my lack of understanding of what was happening. We had labs drawn and he called me as soon as the results were in. I really felt heard and seen and felt a little less anxious. I feel a good Doctor will really listen and understand your worries and he did. Dr Pena is a new PCP for my mother and he gave us confidence in our choice as her primary care physician.
