I mentioned that I changed the pharmacy where prescriptions were to be sent. That was not done. I waited 5 days to get my prescriptions for this visit. Dr. Luu seemed in a rush and didn't hear me or forgot, being preoccupied

Dr. Luu is very generous with his time, a patient centered physician. He explain things in a way that are easy to understand and takes great interest in preventative care

I appreciate how well this physician listened and took my concern seriously. He was very reassuring and gave me the steps to follow should my antibiotics not be enough.

My experience was very positive. I typically have bad anxiety when it comes to medical stuff (Group Health Cooperative caused that).

My primary care doctor is Serena Fang, MD. She was not available so I was referred to Dr. Luu. Absolutely wonderful doctor, feel comfortable with them immediately. Diagnosed the problem and prescribed medication feeling better already.

Dr. Luu did a fantastic job multitasking as my records were updating during the visit. He was also very reassuring about my health. It has been a long time since I felt that from a provider.

I went in for a my annual physical and my Dr., did not check my eyes, nose throat, ears, reflex, etc. [omitted] and this seemed to be routine for all of my years getting my physical, but I didn't feel that my check up was thorough based on the reasons for the appointment. It seems he did not check my prostate either as we discussed. This was more of a transactional interaction more than anything.
