Creating a healthy lifestyle is easier when you’re not on your own. We offer dozens of ways to help you get moving and stay active at no cost. To ensure that everyone can participate, seated and standing fitness classes are offered, including:
- Zumba
- Tai chi
- Chair yoga and chair aerobics
- Line dancing
- Strength, endurance and balance classes
We also offer arts and crafts activities, knitting and crocheting classes, card game groups, bingo and more.

No, Optum Community Centers are open to everyone age 55 and older, regardless of insurance or membership status. Certain medical services, like annual wellness visits, may require Optum membership, but most programs are available to all.
