VERRRY IMPRESSED, ESPECIALLY AS A FIRST IMPRESSION/FIRST VISIT..... She had researched insurance coverages in advance, to assure only covered items would be suggested unless otherwise indicated. Took the time to actually talk WITH, not TO, [omitted] before beginning exam. Asked permissions as she was working thru the exam process.
