Dr Leilabadi always addresses key issues regarding my health. He diagnosed my ocular migraine issue relieving concerns about possible other serious conditions. Extremely helpful with issues ranging from low Iron levels, low sodium levels, allergies and sleep. I am very appreciative and thankful for his care.

About Sam Leilabadi, MD
I grew up in Toronto, Ontario and practiced in Buffalo, New York area before moving to the beautiful PNW in 2015 with my family. I provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. My special interests include men's health, chronic disease management and longevity medicine. I have advanced training in mindfulness meditation, and practice meditation on a regular basis. I enjoy working with my patients in planning individual lifestyle modifications to treat chronic diseases including hypertension and diabetes.Philosophy of care
