Though I've been at the Polyclinic for 30 years, and have updated my medications with my GP there, your system failed to transfer my current medication list to Abson's office.

Not all of my concerns got addressed. I shared them at the beginning and I think they could have been triaged better. I also had to remind staff that my concerns weren't addressed and the doctor had to come back after already leaving and it felt too rushed to mentioned what else wasn't addressed.
