After the procedure, and before I left the exam room, Elizabeth asked me about whether I had any appointments to schedule. Because of that, she opened my record and saw I had another appt in 2-hours, which I'd forgotten about. If not for her asking the question, I'd have missed an appt with my orthopedic doctor that day! And getting started with all the preliminary stuff that needed to be done before knee surgery is VERY important to me!

I had the distinct impression that this physician disliked me to the point of causing me further injury

The PA was professional and did her job. I am unhappy with the outcome and that since it was already known that the one treatment was not an option the entire appointment was a waste of time.

She is capable and kind. Helped me see the big picture.

There were some records she did not have to no fault of her own. They were previous records with other providers.

I would NEVER have another appointment with this Dr again. She is not capable of empathy and is very closed minded.

Elizabeth explained things exceptionally well and answered all my questions s. She gave me information about possible side effects and what to do because it was Friday and how to get help on the weekends she was really excellent. I would definitely see her again.

Xray tech did his work and moved me right to[omitted] Timely meeting/review/assessment of ROM etc, pain mgmt, goals until followup with Dr. Pandit. All handled competently and with a friendly manner.
