Since blood tests were done after seeing the doctor we could not discuss them even though we knew they were needed! Very disappointing that the doctor can order tests ahead when I have CKD and want to know about the results when I see the physician! Instead I get note on My Chart but no chance to talk with the physician! This Optum dictum is unacceptable!
