Dr Quintero listens to the issues that I have and addresses each and everyone around osteoporosis. She is extremely knowledgeable. And very personable.

Dr Quintero is always very nice. I know she is very busy but I never feel rushed.

Dr has a tendency to brush over concerns. Also, she needs a little more training on how to access all of her patients information within the electronic medical record. (I am a retired super-user that has helped create and customize EMR's for Multicare and the Carol Milgard Center). She should know how to interface between the system that Optum uses and information coming in from outside systems.

Not quite sure what a clinician is? Assuming it's the front desk staff, nurse or lady that drew my blood?

This doctor is maturing and becoming very capable. It is a pleasure to see her.

I have to tell them that I have been there with the same issue. Meaning my medical records were not reviewed before my care. Also, being kind of the last patient I felt rushed.

I went in to have a mysterious lump between my eye and nose on left side that just popped up and has been there for a couple months, I alsoi also asked to have my hormones checked, and her response was as if it didn't matter what my hormones were doing, but she literally never came. And looked at my face looked at my nose where the lump is at. She never listened to my heart. I'm a heart patient or listened to my breathing. She'd ever checked anything. She stood 10 feet away from me. The whole time, apparently she does not know how to handle somebody who was ADHD I also needed a possible surgery clearance, and she said in a text message later that she would think about it. It's not up to her. Having my teeth done is something that needs to be done in order for me. Meet to gain weight I will never see this physician again.Nor will I ever recommend her to anybody

I like seeing Dr Quintero. She has the right mix of caring & professional demeanor about her. She listens carefully & shares her recommendations for treatment in an understandable way . As time permits she asks whether I have questions or concerns about anything else.

There was improvement from before. She actually assessed my lungs and listened to my heart(kinda). Noticed in post visit summary its stated that my peripheral pulses were present? This was never accessed, manually or by dopler? She is a very nice person and listens to you. Only complaint is her physical assessment skills are poor.
