He sat over by the door and didn't even examine My throat or check my ears to see why I've had such a high fever and why I've been feeling so ill. I understand that your clinic maybe understaffed. I have a lot of compassion for that. I don't have a lot of understanding for poor treatment at a clinic I've been going to for 20 years. It was the strangest appointment I've ever had. To do my own throw culture, I haven't even gotten back my results from my long strep test and then to have the doctor just give me an antibiotic without even examining me. I do appreciate the antibiotic because I really did need it but he didn't even look at other issues or seem to address anything that was going on.

He is intelligent, compassionate, and truly understanding, and his expertise in managing my care and overall wellbeing is unmatched. I always look forward to our visits-whether in person or by video-because there is always something new for me to learn and incorporate into my health and wellness.

Needed immediate care to drain abcess not drugs that take days or weeks to maybe work I was in sever pain

Dr. Al is lovely. He explains things in detail, which sometimes is too much. But he responds well to interjecting questions, and treated Mom with great respect, kindness , and professionalism
