In the short period of time I have had with Tina, I have found her to be as good if not better than many doctors I've had. She has excellent knowledge, skills, and a level of compassion that makes you feel you are very important to her. I am so upset that she has been forced to retire because she has a family situation that needs her expertise that I plan on leaving Optum as I said in the beginning. Whoever is responsible for that decision is part of what is very wrong with medical care from large corporations like Optum. People don't come first. Profit does.

She is thoughtful, conscientious, listens to concerns, works with me to determine next steps and coordinate a care plan, refers to specialists when necessary. Tina is exceptional in delivering competent, compassionate patient care. I always feel that my health is a top priority for her. Tina is one of the best healthcare providers I have had (along with Optum's Dr. Kirsten Silvey).
