    She was kind, attentive and took time to ask questions and answered with concern and clarity. I was coughing and she went to get me water. Made sure paperwork was faxed off, referred me to appointments I needed. Upon leaving she made sure I was satisfied with her answers and made me feel like I was a concern to her, instead of just another person.
