While I respect his recommendations regarding treatment for conditions, he doesn’t try to push them on me.

He took the time to review my medical history and create a testing and treatment plan. It made since and addressed my medical needs and was throughly explained and understood. The problem is staff was not able to make it happen and the patient portal was never current or timely if it had info or test results at all.

Dr. Rivera Rodriguez explained why I needed to follow up with a visit to my gastro. I finally listened and it's why I'm still alive at [omitted]. Dr. Rivera Rodriguez is always kind and encouraging. He really listens and gives good information on my meds and lab results
