The appointment wasn't coded right and I was crystal clear on what I wanted to accomplish. It's not her job to put the code in but I work in health care and it's the Dr's job to confirm what occurred at that visit

Shes very kind, and helpful. Gets to the point of the visit But still haven't heard about my Thyroid Ultrasound that I had on [omitted] that I asked about [omitted]. I was to hear from Dr. Redd or her Asst. and have not heard a word.

The Doctor covered my concerns and was quick to come up with a treatment referral. She also did a basic exam and went thru my medications.
