Jeff seemed open, positive and mentally flexible. He listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. My only suggestion is if Optum is a Doctor Supporting Organization, that they suggest longer exam times to their providers. This is not to say I felt rushed by Jeffrey at all.

I am impressed by his compassionate understanding of my concerns. He remembered and inquired about things in my personal life that we discussed at my last physical. Since he has been my primary care provider in the practice, I have had more confidence in the care I am receiving. I really appreciate him.

I liked him and he did a good job but would rather have a doctor

He was dismissive and rude. He wouldn't discuss treatment for my migraines even though I was having severe pain from them. Previous doctors in the group had never denied me treatment for it being a telehhealth appointment. His demeanor was horrible.
