4.5 out of 5 patient rating

She really listens to my medical concerns and takes the time to come up with solutions that would work best for me. She doesn't rush through her visit. Very easy to talk to and sent through my referrals very quickly.

She was the best. Always got onto solving any problems I had. She was kind, listened & the best NP I've ever been seen by. She is leaving & that makes me very sad. She was the reason I continued going to Mountain View Medical group. Let's see if there level of service will be the same without her.

I was allowed to run out of all my medications including my heart medications, which caused my blood pressure to spike very high 165/98, I had to call after my appointment and ask again for refills, the wrong inhaler was requested by her, she requested one for asthma, I have COPD, so it was Denied, I had to contact optum approval department to find out the problem, I am still waiting for my annual cat scan for lung cancer to be scheduled and for a ultrasound of my throat, my throat was tender and sore, she said it could be throat cancer and suggested an ultrasound, but haven't heard anything back. Why would you tell someone that you think it could be cancer before any test results and then not order the testing required for a proper diagnosis. When I reviewed my blood work I was surprised that she had ordered a hepatitis test, this is not part of regular annual testing, just because I am thin and do not have teeth does not mean I have done drugs, I have been thin all my life and lost my teeth from the use of Dilantin for seizures after my brain surgery, my jawbone degenerative disease caused my teeth to fall out. These are just some of the reasons
