I submitted a question through the patient portal the same day of my appointment, [omitted] and I have not heard back. I even made a phone call to the office and left a message with them on Tuesday, [omitted] asking for a call back and I still have not heard back. There is a question regarding a new medication prescribed having an interaction with one I am currently taking. I haven't started the new medication and won't until I get an answer about the interaction! Why this wasn't addressed during my appointment is a very good question!

I think Dr. B. is fantastic! Every time I need to see him or get questions answered on the portal, he responds quickly and takes care of the medications that I need. He also had an alternative for one medication that made my skin itchy.
