This provider has moved locations, which necessitated a video visit. The only reason not to recommend is that she is now out of the area I live in.

I was there for my annual check up and I said that I wanted an annual pelvic exam but she wouldn't do it.

Discussion of proposed options was to quick to understand and didn't take into account past experience with medication. Also didn't explain it in a way I could understand- to many acronyms/names of drugs listed to quickly to understand why they were being listed, what their benefit would be, or how it was different from what I was currently taking which is working so still not sure why other options should be considered.

I have trouble understanding my caregiver due to her heavy accent. I told this to the assistant who must have told Chloe, who seemed to slow down in order to make herself better understood. When she speaks very fast, I almost.

It would seem like the nurse practitioner could recommend seeing a specialist about my GI concerns. Also don't think cholesterol concerns of mine are being taken seriously or given much explanation.

Honestly, this provider is the worst I have ever had. It's obvious she is new and still has a lot to learn about patient care, but her arrogance is astounding. My biggest concern though, is when she entered the room and started telling me what my symptoms were from with out asking any follow-up questions. No I see you are experiencing this, can you tell me a littlemore about it or ell me more about this. Nothing, and when I tried to explain more she was so quick to dismiss me. It's like she doesn't want to address anything if it's not simple. I truly have never experienced a provider like this. I really hope she is not like this with every patient because I can't imagine how many people would suffer from her lack of care. I was hopeful this appointment would go better than the last, but it was worse.
