Unfortunate combination of technical difficulties, possibly leading to delay in her eventually signing on, made worse by her reluctance to either commit to your heart is bad (and more testing is needed) orbypur heart is okay (so don't worry)I lost confidence in her willingness to either tell me what she knew or to candidly say I don't know (and that's why we need to ask a cardiologist) . If that was so, that message could have gone over the chat and not waste 45 min. She was defensive when I asked questions she should have either known answers to (or just said I don't know)And delaying news of her departure until we had several ineffective communication attempts - unfortunate that she saved that disclosure for last, instead of leading w/ it.I will ask medicare to void the invoice for the teke-health visit, and re-run w/ a new pcp

I feel heard by Dr. Gutierrez and she always take the time to explain treatments and responds my questions

Did not feel that medication consult part of visit was in depth, felt that a lot of issues were deferred to other providers and left me feeling more worried about my health then better. Caused a lot of stress. Also did not feel supported in interest in natural path referral.
