I receive Coordinated Care from the VA and OPTUM. Thru no fault of OPTUM's or the VA, their systems do not talk to each other and don't share records and information without hand messaging on a case by case basis.

I came in to get my hormones tested and to talk about HRT, but most time was talking about my blood pressure and my pain. Wanted me to make an appointment with the pain clinic to ease his mind.

Very unattached person, result was complete misdiagnosis and totally wrong medical diagnosis and prescribed treatment, after calling with concern of worsening condition..continued unattached and not concerned

He suggested I take a different medication than the one the hospital had prescribed, and he prescribed it. I am thankful that he did so, because I have felt less side effects from this new medication.
