Dr Green was very rude to me about the way the office scheduled the appointment. There was a miscommunication with the office that I needed a physical after the original appointment was cancelled by the MD. She made me feel upset and uncomfortable for something that was related to the office and told me I messed up her schedule for the rest of the day. I felt like the appointment was rushed and I did not feel cared for as a patient. I was very upset the way this provider spoke to me during the visit and could not imagine speaking to a patient like this as a nurse myself.
