Dr. Mathew is knowledgeable and thorough.For example, I had done a urinalysis prior to my exam and it showed I had hematuria. We briefly spoke about my history of having kidney stones and trace amounts of blood in my urine and she decided to order a renal US to see what’s going on. On the down side, Dr. Mathew seems to be in a rush when in the exam room. I tried to tell her how I was feeling, mentally, and her response was, it’s because I’m menopausal, so she prescribed a weight loss injection and mentioned that I should speak to my Gynocologist about getting estrogen gel for dryness. I just needed her to listen and hear me.

Again, very happy with her and her service.

As I said earlier in the survey, Dr. Mathew is wonderful. She takes the time to understand any issues, explains things clearly, & is very thorough in going over everything. In addition to her expertise & professionalism, she is very warm & she makes it easy to talk with her.

She remembers her patients, she reads the charts and checks in on your preventative healthcare, like vaccinations, if you're taking your meds, if you've been sick. She refers other doctors at Crystal Run who can be of help. She is easy to talk to about your health issues.

I am extremely disappointed that Crystal Run/Optum is unable to retain a doctor of such high quality as Dr. Mathew. She is attentive and caring. She listens to the patient and explains things in a way that I can understand.
