Lance Murphy is the reason I remain with Optum for my care. After experiencing a cervical cancer scare, he guided me through each phase and made sure to answer any questions and ease all concerns. He is a one of a kind doctor. He remembers things about my medical history without repeating myself, follows up on test results personally instead of having a nurse call, and follows through with prescription requests timely. Not one complaint.
