I was referred to have a physician who is open to integrative care, but as far as regular medical care she great!

Dr. Eng always listens to me and my concerns. She gives realistic expectations. She explains why we or are not doing certain tests and exams. She has never made me feel pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. She is an excellent doctor who cares about her patients.

When I asked for help to take over prescriptions for HRT, BOY did she have an attitude - the most important skill is 1) listening to patients and 2) honoring their wishes of what they want to do with their health. She is very negative about the EHR looks like you are unable to train her on EPIC - still using a piece of paper. Honestly, she should retire at this point - the technology is too much for her. In addition, she is just tired of taking care of patients and you can tell when you interact with her. She is clearly miserable.
