While I love Aysa Trakht I cannot recommend any doctors at Optum to anyone I know. They have all left Optum due to horrible service. Not able to get in touch with physicians when you have a problem is number one. It is really unacceptable. Close second is billing.

I have full confidence in her. She is much better than your other OBGYN doctors that I have seen. And she has been able to see me over several years, when your other doctors turn over frequently. Having someone who knows me and my medical history is very important. She is a wonderful doctor and this needs to be valued.
