He worked with me on diet and insulin so I can keep better control. Very valuable

He is the only doctor who has worked at helping me get better control of my blood sugars never adding just taking away or adjusting

Dr Kersey asked for a blood test for an old condition. It was nice to know it was not a problem any more. Dr Kersey asked all the right questions and did as I expected him to do. He was a very nice man who looked like he suffered from diabetes as I do, although I do not know him well enough to ask. He had a good suggestion about using fast acting insulin at least once during the day. He gave me a referral. He gave me a letter for my CGM people. He met my requirements and he exceeded them.

Jeremy Kersey spent over thirty minutes with me going over results of ultrasounds, lab work, and medication. He is leaving Optum and recommended a Dr. who works with people who have the same medical conditions that I have. He is knowledgeable and so helpful with me and my condition. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a medical person and am very sad that he is leaving Optum.

Now I can't recommend him. Because he is gone. Optum got rid of the endocrinology. Now I have to go elsewhere. Which is a shame. Maybe Optum should try keeping their providers and specialists so patient like me don't have to go to another clinic outside of Optum

He’s leaving due to Optum’s stupidity decision to eliminate the Endocrinology department.

My A1C was out of control it had been high for years. I 1st seen Jeremy Kersey in the February or beginning of March with A1C around 8.6. With his guidance, professionalism, knowledgement and encouragement my A1C went down to 6.8. But, like I said you corporate staff dont give a rats behind. Im sure im not the only patient that plans on one day LEAVING OPTUM. BECAUSE CORPORATE ARE GOING TO EVENTUALLY LOSE A LOT OF PATIENTS DUE TO WORD OF MOUTH. CORPORATE SHOULD SIT IN THE WAITING ROOMS. THERES A LOT THAT CAN BE HEARD

He's wonderful. I wish he could be my PCP. But since Optum is closing the department, I'll never see him again in any capacity.

Jeremy is very kind and caring. He listens and responds in layman's terms test results and care plan going forward. We are dismayed at Optum's business decision to close the Endocrinology Department at the Optum Journal Center. We are now faced with finding a new provider that is within a reasonable distance from our home. We are also faced with having to establish new relationships. In this day and age its a crap shoot as to who one will get as a provider. Jeremy and care he provided were what we needed and now we are back to square one.

Jeremy R jersey is very knowledgeable and professional. He also listens to the patient concerns. Now, its going to be horrible because he no longer is going to be their. Lord only knows who's going to earn the patient trust. I might change and not go through OPTUM ANYMORE. BECAUSE OF OPTUM IM LOSING 3 AWESOME DOCTORS. I NOW HAVE TO LOOK INTO LOVELESS OR SOMEONE ELSE

He was kind, listened well, was efficient, and made sense with his treatment plan. I would LOVE to have him as my provider in the future, but again, Optum is stupidly CLOSING this department, and he will be reassigned to another area of medicine and unavailable. I am seriously ticked about this.
