For some of us, going to the doctor’s office for a check-up can be a little nerve-wracking. Latifah made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. She truly seemed to care about her patients and took the time to make sure I understood everything regarding my health. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism during my visit.

She exceeded my expectations. I was there for the flu and she took care of my needs immediately. I also have a ruptured disc in my back which I need to have removed and she was very caring and concerning and following through on making sure that I got the referrals I needed to see the doctor and have an MRI. I believe she displayed the highest example of a medical care person at levels above and beyond what I’ve been accustomed to in the past. She is a tremendous asset to your organization.

Friendly, listened to my concern about a skin lesion that needed more attention due to some irregular sales on the margins of the biopsy, she did a culture to look for infection. Very professional and kind.
