She is very responsive and listens well.

She evaluated a serious injury extremely quickly without physically touching me at all. I asked her for a note for my employer and she returned a note that inaccurately described my condition and restrictions so much so I could give it to my employer because it directly implied I could work in a seated position for an entire work day when I can’t even stay seated for 5 minutes in my condition.

She was very thorough and understanding of underlying conditions that made treatment necessary. She was very easy to talk to and I felt well taken care of with a follow up appointment.

On time, we'll versed as to my procedure, aware of my background.
