    Well, she's leaving for a year. She has always been very helpful in the past. This time she seemed more disconnected and disinterested. She did not provide as much information, and I had to discover it on my own. She made a referral but has not followed up so that I could get the test I need.

    Dr. Nielsen believes her job is to listen to the concerns of her patients, understand their goals of the visit, and utilize her knowledge to help the patient meet their goals.
