Dr. Nielsen was very thorough and answered all my questions. She took time and listened to my medical history and considered it for my diagnosis and medications prescribed.

As I stated before, Dr. Nielsen is a caring person, good listener, and very knowledgeable. She works WITH you, to find what helps you feel the best you can be.

She was professional and very caring. She looked directly at me and my husband, asked relevant questions and she LISTENED to me for an hour. She was able to tell me what was wrong with me which was a huge relief. She prescribed a medication for my focal brain seizures and after just 10 days I’m feeling better. She was able to schedule testing to corm the problem. MRI of brain and EEG of brain? Physical therapy to address the balance disfunction in my brain and body. She came up with a plan and put it into action. I have been pleading for a neurologist referral for a lon time, June at least.

I feel heard in appointments and things are well explained. But, it is impossible to get in touch with her with questions.

The Doctor is thorough and professional and has a great education in nerve damage. My problem nerves from a neck surgery have been a year long battle for me but Dr. N prescribed drugs that I had not used yet and they work great . I am worried about long term nerve damage to my left arm due to pinched nerve within my cervical fusion but addressing what we can instead of another surgery is what I want first. Thank you
