Katie is so easy to talk to. I hadn't been to a medical clinic for many many years, and I was nervous to get in and get my healthcare under control. Katie really made me feel heard and was so smart and kind.

Got quickly to reason for my.being there, yet had time for small talk.

Katie is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in her analysis and suggestion of issues regarding my health and a very good listener! Super courteous! Cannot recommend her highly enough!

She focused on things that were not important to me, like going on a diet. I don't want to go on a diet. She also didn't really listen to me when I brought up things that were bothering me. When we put together a plan for my next steps (a referral for a heart test), she forgot to order the referral. I hope she was having a bad day, because this felt rushed and I felt really demoralized after I left this appointment. I am going to switch caregivers, if I have another appointment like this one.

Not the best experience. Inattentive- put incorrect info about my injury location in clinic notes which I had to call in to correct. Asked me if I had access to the internet while discussing the referral Obviously I do since I'm on a virtual visit with her and utilizing my chart online. Both require internet access. Seemed impatient and in a hurry to end the call. However, the treatment she provided was much better that the other NP Kaya Hoopes which was last I encountered in 2019
