I felt like she had a bit of an attitude towards my behaviors that was authoratatively unapproving. She had a very visible negative reaction to what I had for breakfast whe she she asked, even though I was not instructed to fast before the appointment. She didn't make much of an assessment of my set of symptoms or provide much of a path to address them. She struggled with formulating verbiage to convey thoughts she had regarding the flow of conversation we were having. I felt like there was more that needed to be said. Everyone has days that challenge our functionality to communicate effectively, but I would have like her to, perhaps, make a little more effort in conveying whatever ideas she had to address unapproved. I left the visit feeling unsatisfied and unfulfilled. Only a small part of my set of symptoms were addressed.

-
She was very nice and knowledgeable

She was very nice to me and helpful, then she became nearly rude with an e-mail she sent me through the portal. She told me she could no longer help me and I was to find someone else. I did not think she handled my issue professionally. I think she should have contacted one of the two doctor's in her office, if she was not willing to help me-and get their advice or guidance. I now do not think she has been trained very well as a Nurse Practitioner and my husband and I are actively looking for another General Physician's office. She acted as though I was making up things I was told by my Specialist, which I was not. What my Specialist asked me to ask my general GP, who was Ella-was honestly what she asked me to ask her...
