Paying your bill online is easier than ever
Pay your medical bills the fast, easy way with bill pay. You can view and manage your bills online and pay securely from your computer or mobile device — by credit card, debit card or check.

- 1. Log in to your MyChart account on your desktop computer or phone.
- 2. Open the menu, which appears near the upper-left

- 3. Select “Bill Pay”, which will appear under the “Billing” subheading.

- 4. You should see the details for the amount owed with a blue button that reads “Pay total”. Additionally, there should be options to “Start a payment plan.” or “Pay a partial amount”.
- 5. Make your selection and enter your payment information.
- 6. To set up a series of automatic payments for the bill, select the “Start a payment plan” link and follow the prompts on the screen.
If you are no longer receiving paper statements, it is possible you may have left the “Simplify. Go paperless.” option checked when logging into the online bill pay portal.

In MyChart, patients can choose to receive (get) paper bills as well. To modify your settings, please do the following:
- Log in to your MyChart account.
- Select “Bill Pay.”
- Select “My Account,” which will appear in the lower-right corner. Typically, the link to your account will contain your initials. Once there, you can view the contact information that is on file for your account. This is also the area where you can modify your bill notification settings.
- On the next screen that is displayed, you will have the choice to toggle paper notifications to the “on” or “off” position. A check mark will appear on the toggle when it is in the “on” position.
Some lab tests (such as blood work) and imaging services (such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans) are billed separately.
Lab testing is typically performed by Quest Diagnostics, depending on your health plan. If there are additional out-of-pocket costs, you may receive a statement directly from:
- Quest Diagnostics
- Another lab or imaging center

Some procedures require specialized equipment or diagnostic tests that are billed separately from your office visit.
If surgery is recommended, a surgical scheduler will review:
- What is included in your charge
- Any separate bills you may receive
- Your financial responsibility
Yes. To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the fee is:
- $25 for an office visit
- $100 for a procedure
You can pay using:
- Credit or debit cards
- Checks
- Money orders
Electronic check (ACH) payments will be available soon.
A credit card authorization form is available and may be reviewed during your visit.
Important: Cash payments are not accepted. Please do not mail cash.
