Choose the visit that’s best for you

Virtual care gives you several ways to connect with your doctor and get the care you need.

Phone visits

Phone visits work well for:

  • Common concerns, like colds, fevers and allergies
  • Minor injuries
  • Follow-up care for long-term problems
  • Prescriptions and refills
  • Test results

Video visits

Video visits offer the same benefits as a phone visit plus:

  • A face-to-face meeting with your doctor
  • A visual exam if an in-person exam isn’t needed
  • The chance to include a family member or friend

Patient portal

Use the portal to:

  • Send a message to your doctor
  • Ask for medicine refills
  • Set up or ask for an appointment
  • See test results and your health records
  • Create an account for a caregiver or family member to help you
