Some medications may require prior authorization. We work with your doctor’s office and pharmacy insurance plan to get any needed approvals.
Some medications for more complex conditions do not qualify for online ordering. Call 1-855-427-4682 and speak with a patient care coordinator to order those refills.
We offer pharmacy services to all 50 states and may process some or all of your prescriptions at any of our Optum Pharmacy locations, where allowed by law.
