Making the most of data means getting it to the right people so they can make better decisions faster. That’s data governance. Indiana chose Optum to partner with them on this project, helping shave months off the timeline. Optum knew where to look and what to look for.
Indiana’s relationship with Optum also allowed the partners to make quick adjustments to meet the needs of the population. For example, the state was able to better monitor testing by utilizing another Optum product and adapting it to track the number of people being tested at sites around the state and how many are testing positive.
