She is very personable, willing to listen to you and explain the steps she is going to take and what she wants you to do to help yourself. She cares about her patients and pays attention to what they say.

Because she listens and asks questions...but you take an exceptional NP and assign her back to the Las Vegas valley ... people out here in rural [omitted]need providers like Jamie out here... It's all about the almighty dollar, isn't it?

Because there is a compassion about her, her desire to know how to effortlessly communicate and care for her patients is second to none. You never hear her ask, “So, what brings you here today”. She already knows, she has answers ready when she comes in and greets you. She listens and involves her patients opinions, she works towards a goal remedy that which ails her patients. There are not many more words that describe her and her ethics. There is no one like Ms. Griggs.
