I really like Dr Hayes but I believe her medical assistant created multiple delays and errors. I spoke with Dr Hayes about a procedure in [omitted] but after multiple calls and emails wasn’t able to schedule tentatively until [omitted]. Then I found out the office had submitted an order for the wrong procedure - major surgery instead of minimally invasive. The medical assistant tried to claim the “recovery was exactly the same” and said I’d have to “start all over” with the paperwork to correct the error (an inconvenience for her and another six month delay?) I cancelled. Trust was broken.

Dr. Hayes was fantastic. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. She made sure I was able to understand the information, gave me additional tips and information based on the questions I was asking, and overall built rapport really quickly. I also really felt like she had time for all of the questions I had and I left feeling confident and understanding my next steps.
