A place for you to belong

Our Optum Arizona community centers are a place for you to stay active, be healthy and build relationships. All programs are no cost to you and made for people age 55 and older. Stop by and learn about everything we have to offer.

About our community centers

Helping you stay healthy, happy and active is what we’re about.

Each of our centers offer:

  • Fitness center featuring air-powered workout equipment — all abilities welcome.
  • Multi-use classroom for mindfulness and fitness classes.
  • Living room space — It’s a great place to hang out with friends, grab a free drink or relax between classes.
  • Mindfulness and self-help classes — Learn skills to lower stress, improve mental health and make healthy habits.
  • Language classes and book clubs — Keep your mind sharp or find your new favorite author or book.
  • Fitness classes — Get your heart pumping with fun cardio, balance or strength workouts for every level.
  • Game or social group classes — Make new friends and catch up with the ones you already know.
