His attitude from the time he walked in the room was one of non-caring and being inconvenienced by us being there as if we were taking up his time for no reason. I have been dealing with a lot of urinary issues for a long time and referred in March to UW by Dr. Hemoel with a diagnosis of high grade urothelial cancer. The delays in getting an appointment and recent procedure have been very stressful to say the least. Sean should have been aware of the history and at least acted somewhat compassionate. He was irritated that he had to remove a catheter in the afternoon saying staffing and timing were an issue when we asked him why they usually did them in the morning. We have seen him in the past and were happy with the care we received then so didn't hesitate to schedule an appointment with him. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

I think the questions I asked had complicated answers which also made it more difficult for me to understand the doctor's answers. Overall I got the big picture in the end.

I had a good visit overall! Sean was really an awesome experience guy, He listened ask important questions to actually understand what's going on and provide some advice and guidance plus gave optional treatments. He wasn't pushy
